Thank you for shopping at Styled Geeky. We strive to provide the best products and service to our customers. As a new small business, we source most of our products from service providers who print our designs onto your items. While we aim for customer satisfaction, our ability to accept returns or exchanges is limited. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.
1. Shipping Estimates
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. However, we do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased from our store, except for specific situations listed below.
3. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. Please read the product descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
4. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible before the item has been sent to production. Once the item is in production, the order cannot be canceled. We typically begin processing orders within a few hours of receipt, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
5. Exceptions
- Microwaveable and Dishwasher Safe Guarantee* for all Ceramic Mugs:
We understand the value of a good coffee cup and are confident in the quality of our products. Therefore, all of our ceramic coffee mugs come with a 1-year warranty as follows:
If your mug is damaged by regular use of the dishwasher and/or microwave within the first year of purchase, please submit a request using the link in the "damaged or defective items" section below, and include all required information including photographs of the damage. We will promptly send you a replacement at no cost to you.
*Please Note: Scientific experiments are not covered under this warrantee. Damage caused by exploding science experiments in the microwave does not count as regular use of our coffee mugs, even if it is regular for you.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. For requests submitted after the 7-day window, please provide an explanation for the delay, but note that we cannot guarantee the outcome.
- Packages Lost in Transit:
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the expected delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part or that of our production partners will be covered at our expense.
6. Customer Satisfaction
While we do not accept returns, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns or questions about your purchase, please contact our customer service team. We are here to help and ensure you have a positive shopping experience.
